이용약관

본 이용약관은 TicTacGroove(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건을 규정합니다. 앱을 다운로드하거나 사용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
1. 서비스 개요
TicTacGroove는 메트로놈 및 박자 연습 도구를 제공하는 iOS 애플리케이션입니다.
2. 무료 기능 및 프리미엄 구독
무료 기능
- 메트로놈 기능
- 박자 연습 (쉬움 난이도)
- 연습 기록 저장 (최대 3개)
프리미엄 구독
- 모든 난이도 이용
- 무제한 연습 기록 저장 및 상세 보기
- LAB 기능 (탭 연습, 커스텀 리듬)
3. 구독 및 결제
- 구독은 월간 자동 갱신 방식입니다.
- 결제는 Apple ID 계정을 통해 iTunes 계정에 청구됩니다.
- 구독은 현재 구독 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 자동 갱신 설정을 해제하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
- 갱신 시 현재 구독 기간 종료 24시간 이내에 계정에 요금이 청구됩니다.
- 구독 관리 및 자동 갱신 해제는 구매 후 Apple ID 계정 설정에서 할 수 있습니다.
- 무료 체험 기간이 제공되는 경우, 미사용 부분은 구독 구매 시 소멸됩니다.
4. 환불
환불은 Apple의 환불 정책에 따릅니다. 앱 개발자는 App Store를 통한 결제에 대해 직접 환불을 처리할 수 없습니다.
5. 면책 조항
- 앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다.
- 앱의 사용으로 인한 직접적 또는 간접적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 서비스는 사전 통지 없이 변경되거나 중단될 수 있습니다.
6. 지적 재산권
앱에 포함된 모든 콘텐츠(디자인, 코드, 아이콘, 사운드 등)에 대한 지적 재산권은 앱 개발자에게 있습니다.
7. 약관 변경
본 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 내 또는 이 페이지를 통해 공지합니다. 변경 후 앱을 계속 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
8. 준거법
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다.

These Terms of Use govern your use of TicTacGroove ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Overview
TicTacGroove is an iOS application that provides metronome and rhythm practice tools.
2. Free Features and Premium Subscription
Free Features
- Metronome functionality
- Rhythm practice (Easy difficulty)
- Practice history storage (up to 3 records)
Premium Subscription
- All difficulty levels
- Unlimited practice history storage and detailed views
- LAB features (tap practice, custom rhythms)
3. Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly auto-renewing basis.
- Payment is charged to your iTunes account through your Apple ID.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Renewal charges are billed within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
4. Refunds
Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. The developer cannot directly process refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
5. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is."
- We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.
- The service may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the App (design, code, icons, sounds, etc.) is the intellectual property of the App developer.
7. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated. Changes will be communicated through the App or this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
